Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Celebrates Vinayaka Chavithi With Family
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy celebrated Vinayaka Chavithi with his family members, participating in a traditional Ganapati puja at home on Monday.
Sharing pictures from the celebrations, Revanth Reddy said he took part in the Ganapati puja along with his family on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.
The Chief Minister offered prayers to Lord Ganesha, seeking the removal of obstacles from people’s lives and wishing for their success and well-being.
“Praying that obstacles be removed from the lives of all people, and that success be attained,” Revanth Reddy said in his message, while extending Vinayaka Chavithi greetings to the people of Telangana.
Family Joins Ganapati Puja
The pictures shared by the Chief Minister show him participating in the puja along with family members in a traditional setting.
The celebrations come as Ganesh Chaturthi festivities began across Telangana on Monday, with Ganesha idols being installed in homes, apartment complexes and public pandals across Hyderabad and other parts of the state.
The festival, also known as Vinayaka Chavithi in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, is celebrated with prayers and special rituals dedicated to Lord Ganesha.
Revanth Reddy has also been involved in the state’s public Ganesh festival arrangements, with authorities making extensive preparations for the celebrations and subsequent idol immersions.
